 Actually, those using KA9Q would use the SMTP option, the TxMAILER
 addon uses it's own TCPIP stack over a packet driver and have SMTP
 and POP3 built into it which is uses to exchange mail with a regular
 POP3 mailbox and SMTP server on their provider.
