I checked to see just how often MSGED was polling the 
keyboard (I was under the impression it was no longer
doing hard polling).  However, closer inspection showed
that it was delaying for either 0 milliseconds or 1
millisecond, which isn't exactly my idea of a delay.  I
consider that to be close enough to a bug (it wasn't what
I expected the behaviour to be) and have set that to 100 
msec now, so it should be safe to run that at a super
high priority with no bad effects.  I have added that
change to the new MSQALPHA.ZIP too.  Only a couple of
weeks now before 3.05 is due out!  BFN.  Paul.
