Geez.  I haven't thought about television technology since I finished my
deVry course in Broadcast Engineering (with the Heathkit 21" color TV kit,
which I still have) back in about 1978.  If memory serves the three guns in
the neck of a television CRT are (were, I guess, since they're obsolete
) for red, blue and yellow; and there were six colors in the analog
TV signal, cyan being one of them in addition to the aforementioned three -
I guess I've forgotten the other two.
