 Now that may be hard to clarify. If the subject is of interest
 to all, or the poster wants it to be, then replying to all would
 seem to the the appropriate way to handle it.

 BTW, for the record, my replies to All in response to
 Richardson's msgs are neither intended to get around a twit
 filter nor to make him the topic of discussion. They are
 intended to get around his habit of cutting out the entirety of
 a msg and responding with nothing but a nasty shot. I know he
 will read it, but it's a lot harder for him to play his silly
 game if it was addressed to ALL. Or at least his game looks like
 the silly game it is that way.
