See that's the problem, if it's always half full or always half empty then
you have a distinct viewpoint. If it's half empty because it started as
full and is being emptied or if it's half full because it started empty and
is being filled then it's not the same viewpoint.

How about a windows user who assumes all benchmarks are rigged even if not
on purpose and instead tries to get something of value out of all of them?

He shouldn't care, if something is published making his project look bad
and he realizes it's because of another project, then he should email the
guy doing RAID and give him an earfull about how important it is to the
samba team that this is addressed immediately. I have never allowed the
people I work with to give me the excuse "not my department" as I
expect them to follow up and make sure we make the best products possible.
