First things first, it isn't an area, it's an echo.

The distribution of it is a private matter between me and the downlinks
who subsribe to it. If any of them wish to reveal that their a downlink,
then they speak for themselves.

No idea why, since there is nothing he can do to oust you from the
nodelist. His echolist is a private system that is governed by himself,
(not P4 or anyone else) yet he can't do much of anything besides filing a
policy complaint for technical reasons. Since the only person who could do
anything about a PC against you is your NC (Oh, that's you isn't it)
and your RC...why do I know a complaint isn't a threat to your listing?

Because Vlist will reject the complaint out of hand. And so will Dossche
if it came to that.
