In this case, Bob is somewhat correct.  The traditional primary colors 
of pigment are yellow, red and blue but for additive color in modern 
uses they are red, green and blue (i.e. television sets and CRTs).  If 
you dig further you will find that other colors may be considered 
primary colors, depending upon the context.
