Haven't even done THAT yet. Busy with other remodeling chores, and it's
working so it aint broke!  Gonna have to do something when it starts to
cool off at night but right now that's the least of my problems.

Well only HALF of it is in Texas.  The rest of it is in Mexico.  It aint
really a valley anyway, more of a flood plain.  We're that little part
right on the border just as you get to the Gulf of Mexico.  The "Valley"
extends about a hundred miles inland from the mouth of the Rio Grande at
the Gulf.
