Well, if I were going to shoot an intruder, I think it would be with a
shotgun, sawed down to the legal limit.  I'm no soldier, but that seems
best for the up-close nature of a home invasion.  The only awkward
thing would be asking the guy at Oshman's how much I'm allowed to saw
off.  This would be a bit like asking where the ski masks are.
