Print jobs in NetWare 3.x are commonly stored in the individual user's
\MAIL\nnn directory (where nnn is the hex number assigned to the user).
The jobs work for the pre-existing users because the vendor placed
copies of the jobs in their directory. The new users did not have that
luxury.
Look in the \MAIL\nnn directories for the mentioned jobs, and copy them
to the new users' \MAIL\nnn directories, and you should have the problem
licked.
