Umm, Navy shifted to a better diet long ago. It really isnt bad but then
I've been almost always on 'best of the best' food winning ships.
I would honestly pay money to eat most of their meals.

No actually all but one ship had 'open mess' so we ate the same as the crew
cooked in a common facility. It's *officer* chow that sucks.
