I'm doing a research paper for a college writing class on management of the 
radio frequency spectrum.  Here's what I need to find out.  I'm looking for 
all of the new digital services (over the past ten years) which are vying for 
frequency spectrum including the wireless computer services and spread 
spectrum uses.  For background, I'm looking for a way to illustrate the 
entire radio spectrum (from beginning to end) which will allow the lay 
reader to understand it.
