If your modem and/or serial port has a 16550 UART, there is a 16byte buffer
used when transmitting and receiving info IF Windows has enabled it. IF
the buffer is enabled the COMM driver can then use it to cut down on
errors. Maybe that RHICOMM.DRV isn't set up right. Comment out that line
with a semi-colon and replace it with COMM.DRV...see if an upload works
then.
