While tripping merrily through the mail, Lori Harvey was overheard

And in my '83 Chrysler with a 318 "Lean Burn" V-8, ethanol DROPS the highway
milage from 18 to 12mpg.  (not to mention how it eats fuel pumps, and we 
don't have a choice, we're in a Federally mandated "reformulated fuel" area).
For ANY "Old" car (within the topic of this echo), I CAN'T recommend ethanol
without modifiying the fuel system to take it.
