Re WinExecAndWait under Win32. I don't have Win95, but I'm happy to report
that WinExecAndWait seems to run OK on the console of a Win NT 3.51 Network
Server. I set the test code up as follows, so that if the MessageDlg had
appeared prematurely (and been hidden behind the spawned task) one would
still know something was wrong from the timing ...
  Const s : string = '' ;
  .......
  s := TimeToStr(Time) ;
  WinExecAndWait(.......... ;
  MessageDlg('Spawned task was started at ' + s
             +'.  This dialog appeared at ' + TimeToStr(Time),
             mtInformation,[mbOK],0) ;
Can someone please confirm or deny Tommy's suspicion that WinExecAndWait
will not work correctly under Win95 ?
