Can't recall if i answered this one or not!

;-)  Naw.  Food's pretty good on ships and good for you.  Occasional bummer
meal or when we start running out of stuff between supply lines.  Like 'no
more lettuce' etc.  It actually gets better when out a long time as the cooks
get creative once they cant use the recipe cards anymore.

Oh I love'em!  But they always overcook the pork if it's chops so I tend to
select one of the other things if it's pork chop day.  There's normally 2
main dishes at least (may be 3 or 4 depending on if you count soup as a
main).

The ESSEX makes incredibly good scrap soups of all types.  Sometimes they
have 2 out there and it's hard to choose so I might get 1/2 bowl each.

;-)  Yes, actually we do eat off china.  So does the rest of the crew with
some things or at special meals.  The compartmented trays have 5 compartments
now.
