I suspect the -1 for a limit is the problem.  And, if I remember correctly, 
Max generally gives 2 minutes when you are over the time limit.   Instead use 
a time limit like 1440 minutes (24 * 60) or something like that.  Just don't 
pick a limit so large that it wraps the signed limit value negative.  I 
remember needing to use 1440 for my sysop account where I don't want to limit 
out on time.  Unfortunately, I had to set a large time limit.  I couldn't set 
no time limit.  I'll admit this was an older version of Maximus, but I don't 
think this has changed even with Max 3.01.
