Well... the commission approved the NPRM for BPL today... 4 1/2 to 1/2
(Commissioner Copps partially dissented on a regulatory issue unrelated to
interference.)

Listening to the cheerleading from the commission and staff was interesting.

The staff claims the rules will identify and mitigate any interference.

The whistle is blowing on the freight train... get out of the way!!!
