How long have you been working on ST-OM 51? It has been such a long time
that when it finally does appear, I'll have to read a bunch of the
precedin= g stories
to get back into the flow.
Anyway, "writers block" is not something I usually have to worry
about. I = don't
sit down behind the keyboard until I have the story worked out, and the out= line
written. Right now, I'm working on "Confluence (Part Two)," and
the only h= ard
part about it is keeping the various plot threads straight in my mind as th= ey
converge (hence the title of the story). At times, I have gotten into the = story
so much that the only thing slowing me down is the speed at which my finger= s
can type and a heavy workload (so many people on holidays, so many hours worked).
As for writer's block, I just can't imagine what that must be like. If ST-O= M 51
is giving you problems, Jay, try going ahead and starting on ST-OM 52. Aft= er
all of this time, you have to have an idea on the next story.
