One would initially wonder whether this stat was based on convictions
or on accusations.  Then he would find that it's even less that that!
Their stats aren't even based on reports!  So, if a rape isn't
reported, how do they know it happened?

But the harpiness doesn't stop there.  Oh no.  Take a look at this
action item, on from blockthebuilders.org.uk, to which the F-word site
refers.

Nonviolent?  Won't the Army have a .... strong objection if they try to
block military vehicles from entering a restricted area?
