Strange, I tried this, but there are no problems evident here (using native
Qedit/2 version 3.00 for OS/2 under Warp Blue).  Although it's in my path,
I still pointed directly to it in msged.cfg though -- Editor 
e:\qedit2\q.exe

Mind you, I'm also using an alpha executable which is at least three iterations
later than yours, so perhaps the problem was inadvertantly fixed already.
