netmail does not have SEEN-BY lines... it has VIA lines, instead...
SEEN-BYs are only in ECHOmail...
it used to be when crossing zones, seen-bys were stripped because of
duplicate nets and nodes... if the seen-bys were left in place, those
network nodes would not get the posts...
eg: 1:3634/12 sends a message
3:3634/12 would not see it because seen-by is 2D "3634/12"
this is not a problem any more now that fidonet is smaller and there are no
more duplicate nets and nodes across zones... seen-bys do not need to be
stripped any more...
FWIW: in FastEcho it is called "Tiny SEEN-BY" and we've had the
option for years ;)
