And the Navy can't do this training?  What do we farm out next; boot camp?

Heck, even back in my day I can recall being rounded up after a mid-watch 
and bussed out the rifle range on Guam.  Sun pounding down, half-asleep, 
but still had to do the firing bit.

I think we were supposed to that once a year, but never did it at Skaggs?  
In fact only on Guam, so once in four years for me?
