I've never tried installing client32 on an NT server. I don't think it 
matters however. The connectivity supported by NT is RAS, remote access 
server. The client connecting to RAS is a remote node.  Therefore, client32 
or no doesn't matter. You'd be authenticated to the NT server, not NDS.
If I were you, I'd install Netware/IP on at least on Internetware server, 
configure RAS to use TCPIP for a PPP connection.  Install client32 on the 
dialin nodes.  They can use full NDS to authenticate themselves to Novell.  
Authentication to RAS is via a RAS password.
