        Bill just a comment. SO much heartache and expense could be
spared so many victims of the present system if effective action were
taken sooner to counter the allegations. Sadly most strategies that
I see employed gurantee disaster and financial ruin for people. The
idea is to attack at the first hint of allegations. And there are ways
to do that effectively.
