Roger,
     This is where Super Glue really comes into it's own.  I generally find 
the direct approach is most effective with the young upstarts.  Just tell 
them that if they don't settle down you'll glue them down.  We had one that 
would always lean up against other people's cars.  We told him and told him 
this was impolite but he just wouldn't learn.  So one day we treated one car
with super glue and waited.  Sure enough, he leaned against it.  Then we 
drove off!  He hasn't leaned against anyones car since.  Come to think of it
he hasn't sat down a whole lot either.
