Believe what you see is consistant with creating print job configurations for 
the 5 original ID's.  The new ID's don't have the print job configurations, 
hence cannot use the features of them.
I'd copy the print job configuration of one of the 5 original ID's to 
SYS:PUBLIC and then set the search mode for CAPTURE and the other print 
utilities to 5, meaning follow the entire path for required files.
