I havent used it for 18 years or so.
I also do not have any configs left.

As far as I remember you configure a virtual node for the mailgateway. (eg.
7:1/1)
Soupgate will fetch mail and news and drop the packets in fido format to the
tosser.
That will toss it and golded will show it.
When you reply, the reply will be sent out by soupgate.
