Yes that must have been Deutschlandfunk Berlin. I can hear them hear
loud and clear. BTW they are not regulary identifying itself.
DXing the regional German stations must be a a nice target. Radio
Bremen left the airwaves on Oct 1st. Here are some other German DX 
targets :
