I am continuing to play w/this thing to shorten the time.  Have had some
suggestions, but none has improved appreciatively.  However, after removing
all tsr's and trying it barebones, did knock off 13 seconds...got it down
to 30 seconds.  Maybe someone @ Intuit reads this conference and will come
up with something? 8-)
