Yes, it does, otherwise I wouldn't have said it did. To quote Wedge Antilles 
from the book: (on the same page as the picture of the SSD in question) 
"Attention, Imperial ship STEADFAST, this is General Wedge Antilles, 
commanding the LUSANKYA. I order you to surrender and stand by to e boarded, 
or we will be forced to destroy you!" 
 The SSD is also referred to as the LUSANKYA later on in the book by a New 
Republic base commander.
