Heh, if I haven't a point address in Zone1, I will not ask a permition,
cause I know what effects it can cause ... flood, flame, provocation, all
this things are "in usual order", in our echos.

If they'll ask me about it, I'll post an answer, I don't want to make our
own problems discussible all over the world, Z7 problem is an old one, and
IMHO many people in Fido have an individual opinion about it. I've heard
that some people here wantede to have our echos. If it is so, They can post
in it (It is not my permition ) in most our echos, we have a
rules, that allow to post messages from all zones, only in several post is
limited by Zone, region, net, but in this case moderators often allow other
zones' members to post. Of cource we have two oficial languages in most
echos, so they only in russian language didn't exist anymore.
