Hello All!

please fix local vs global include files, smapi include files does not
exists in default gentoo installs

#include  # < is global include

#include "../smapi/compiler.h" # < is local include and the
wanted for fidoconf 

dont know if there is other places to solve the same error, well i can fix
ebuilds but it would be nice to see upstream fixes

well husky-1.4.ebuild is now repoman clean, still not ready to compile
since it have this above bugs

if i can help resolve it on sf.net please make access to me on x4801x
