Hello Tika, nice talking to you !

JP> I did the same here on my new Acer as keeping O7K running
JP> would have meant some $$$ after the trial period. I already have a
JP> legal CD of O2K so I installled it instead.

TC> That's cool. I've been told that sometimes if something works and
TC> you're used to it, really there'd be no need to upgrade.

The funny part is that the sale-jerk at Staples kept insisting
that it would not be compatible. I even have loaded O97 on an XP
system when the person wanted a french Office. Ran !

TC> Paint Shop Pro X (which I also don't have any plans to upgrade)

I got PSP new when V 6 came out. Still in use. I just checked,
   it is v 6.0.1.

TC> If it works for you, you really don't need to upgrade. Aero is nice,
TC> but when I run older XP programs (so far only Paint Shop Pro X does
TC> this), it will knock the graphics down to non-Aero anyway.

Yep ! If it does what I need, I keep it.

... Who said that no sigline could be done here.
... We are having fun !
