What does this 'mean'? 
There are no 'HTML graphics'. There are standard supported GIF and JPG/JPEG,  
but they have nothing necessarily to do with HTML. 
Are there any dialup terminals that know what to do with HTML? Can the user 
dial a 'BBS' and instruct their HTML interpreter/browser to receive amd 
display HTML? I have no idea what the answers to these questions are, for all 
I know it could be 'yes'.
The real trick to all this is for Opus to answer and connect with PPP at 
which point it becomes a server rather than traditional BBS. That would blow 
the doors off every BBS package out there.
