   Bumper strips come in a variety of sizes (depending on the master 
sheet used). Yours is an odd size.  the "stock" size closest to yours 
is 3" x 11.5"
   When you order be sure to specify you want them on vinyl - NOT 
vinyl impregnated paper and with removable adhesive.  And be sure you 
get them from a screen printer, not an offset printer.  Screen 
printers will use a vinyl ink (which gives and absolute bond of ink to 
the vinyl strip) or they may use an enamel ink (also pretty good).
   Another reason to get them screen printed is the amount of ink 
used.  If offset/litho process only puts a half-mil of ink down screen 
printing will put on 3-4 mils of ink.  That means they last for 3 
years rather than 3-6 months, even if you use high-fade ink colors 
like red.
   Expect to pay in the neighborhood of about $.65 per strip for 3 
colors of ink on a white strip in the quantity you want.  
Artwork/camera ready copy will always be extra.
   Depending on the effect you want to achieve, you may also want to 
specify the printer use a gloss ink.  If you don't specify, they may 
well use flat inks.
