Actually, Charles completely and totally correct. USPS has a monopoly
on delivering the mail, by law. According to the interpetation of what
is considered mail, those overnight envelopes, etc are NOT considered
mail, legally.
Yes, it certainly does perform the same, but legally, it is not the
same.
