I just had a thought. The icon for Blue Wave is an old format, which it seems
that Vista does allow but it might be too old for Office to recognize. Maybe
using an icon editor to import the icon (make a copy of it first before you
do this), and then export it to a newer file format. Also maybe you need to
instead make the shortcut from within Office iteslf instead of dragging it from
the desktop into Office. Can you edit the icon in the Office toolbar? Just some
more idead which I don't know if they will work, but I thought I'd mention.

Tika
