It's her name on a the account, right?  That is why.  For you primary
account you have to change it with the ISP.  You should be able to create
secondary accounts as I indicated.  The exact procedure would be determined
again by your ISP.  You can indicate any name on the secondary accounts.

In any case I would correct them on the misspelling.
