Concerning _Pro-2035_, Charles George said to Troy H. Cheek in SCANRADIO:
CG> Actually, there is a computer program and accessories that will
CG> help with the problem of duplicate channels being stored in a bank.
For instance? The only computer interface for the 2035 that I'm familiar
with will only program or control the scanner, and can't read info back to
tell about what channels are being scanned.
CG> However; the replacement scanner forget the number made up for this
CG> by using a different circuit/chip.
That would be the Pro-2042, which I am seriously considering trading up to.
CG> I guess you might wish to have Cellular capabilities though I find
CG> this boring.
I wouldn't mind having it, just for the sake of completeness. I don't have
any use for the 520-760 MHz gap in most scanners, but I'd like to be able to
pick it up anyway. However, at this point in the game, I've decided there
are some features that are more important to me to have than some of the
frequency ranges.
... All's fair in love & war and weekly profit margins.
