I'm not so sure. I think this may well rebound on MS. If this was
pre-planned as a FUD attack on a competitor for the desktop PCOS market
(where MS has already been found guilty of abusing it's monopoly) then it
may well become a very interesting time for MS. SCO is past having
interesting times.
