Are you talking weapons or reactors?

I would think anyone that had clearance to work on or around reactors in
the Navy, would be a good candidate to work at a nuclear power plant.
And having a record of working on nuclear weapons would show a lot of
responsibility. That couldn't hurt when job hunting.
