I agree, COMMAND$ in the IDE under a OS/2 DOS session wouldn't even be 
considered an inconvenience since it works once the program is compiled and 
is a easy work around while in the IDE.
The next major release, will it have the OS/2 compiler in it? If not can you 
give us an update as to the progress of PowerBASIC for OS/2. I couldn't be 
happier with the performance of WARP, the best platform I have ever used and 
soon to be even better. The next release due in the second or third quarter 
of this year will have a lot of people excited. VB was the shot in the arm 
that launched Windose. PowerBASIC could be the shot in the arm that launches 
OS/2. It's the small guy like myself that will make or break OS/2, not the 
big boys...
