Well, I've been thinking about the ramifications of the name
change from "Geoworks Ensemble" to New Deal Office" and how to
get New Deal Office users to come here for help.
  I am going to contact USIKENL on AOL and tell him that they
can refer anyone who wants help through a BBS for New Deal
Office to try the Fidonet Geoworks echo and supply him with a
list of BBS's that carry the echo.
  To help ensure that we have a complete-as-possible list, I am
going to post a message to "SYSOP" in the echo, asking all Sys-
Op's who carry this echo to please send their information for the
Geoworks Echo BBS List.
  To help maintain the list, I will probably repeat the call for
additions/corrections in January, and then every 3 or 6 months
after that. I plan to change the submission/change procedure to
allow submissions/changes through echomail, which will also serve
as a public notification (i.e.: a SysOp can currently post the
listing once as a notice, not an "ad").
  I will place a notice in the BBS list that the listing will be
changing, allowing the SysOp time to notify me if the posting was
bogus. I will count on the echo participants to help by helping
to verify that the submission/change is, in fact, correct. In
other words, I am going to assume that a submission/change from
the SysOp's account and BBS is a true submission/change, unless
I have evidence pointing to a discrepancy.
  Thanks in advance for everyone's help in this matter. It will
help make the BBS list a GREAT resource in the future.
