Yes,  all the other tanks would have had fuel.  The center tank may have had 
2600 lbs. in it which can be pumped out.                    
Vent system is still suspicious to me.
NTSB Reports:  I would still like to be able to get the findings on the
N 60MB accident of April 4, 1977.  This is the one that the NTSB wouldn't 
touch with a ten foot pole.  Simple accident to figure out what happened but 
they could not come up with a PROBABLE CAUSE.  ?????????????????? Politics.
I have been told they have the report but will not release it.  They say the 
file has been CORRUPTED and they don't know why.  I think I heard  one time 
something about 15 minutes of the Oval Office audio tapes as being corrupted 
also and they could never find out how that happened either.
