Nor do I - but I do know this complex created quite a stir here especially 
after the big training camp they wanted to establish out by Tecate area was 
voted down by the locals.  That was a big mess, Potrero actually recalled a 
couple of councilmen who were in favor of this big camp, replaced them with 
others that were opposed and the citizens voted it down.  Think about 700 
or so people voted.

This was going to be a BIG thing with night manuvers with choppers, a big 
rifle range, advanced driving track and all kinds of stuff like that going 
on 24/7.

Wonder when the training became manditory, or at least enforced?  As I only 
did it once after boot camp, couldn't have been that high of project during
