Damn - what a ripoff.  You can go buy a domain for two years (half that
price) and host it at zoneedit.org for free.  Zoneedit supports dynamic
updates too except you can do it with your own domain.  Check it out! 
Something like the first few domains hosted there are free.  Only if you go
over do you pay.
