After several weeks of enduring my series of posts on I-676, I 
thought that you all deserved to know the results of Tuesday's
voting.
With 80% of the votes tallied, I-676 was failing 740,211 to 328,046 
or 69% to 31%.  It was behind in all 39 counties.
It went down -HARD- on the East side of the state, with "NO" votes
reaching almost ludicrous percentages!
"NO" vote precentages by County:
Walla Walla             84%
Columbia                93%
stevens                 93%
Pend Oreille            93%
Garfield                93%
Benton                  85%
Franklin                86%
Adams                   87%
Grant                   90%
Yakima                  86%
This works out to an average "NO" vote of 89% for the East side of the 
state.
If anyone has the statistics for the West side, let me know!
