Elizabeth just received the Holy Ghost, and not one time did she utter  any 
unintelligible tongue.  She gave a very detailed discourse!
    "And Mary said, My soul doth magnify YaHVaH, and my spirit hath
     rejoiced in YaHVaH-Oshua my Saviour." (Luke 1:46-47.)
Mary had it too!  Read on past these scriptures and see if any 
unintelligible tongue was spoken by her.
    "And his father Zachariah was filled with the Holy Ghost, and 
     prophesied, saying, Blessed be the Sovereign Eloha of Israel; 
     for He hath visited and redeemed His people, and hath raised up 
     an horn of salvation for us in the house of His servant David;
     as He spake by the mouth of his holy prophets, which have been 
     since the world began: That we should be saved from our enemies
     , and from the hand of all that hate us; To perform the mercy 
     promised to our fathers, and to remember His holy covenant; The
     oath which he swear to our father Abraham, That he would grant
     unto us, that we being delivered out of the hand of our enemies
     might serve Him without fear, In holiness and righteousness 
     before Him, all the days of our life.
     And thou, child, shalt be called the prophet of the Highest for
     thou shalt go before the face of YaHshua to prepare His ways; To
     give knowledge of salvation unto his people by the remission of 
     their sins, Through the tender mercy of our Eloha; whereby the 
     dayspring from on high hath visited us, To give light to them
     that sit in darkness and in the shadow of death, to guide our
     feet into the way of peace."
Zachariah was filled with the Holy Ghost, but did not utter 
unintelligible tongues.  He spoke clear and concise concerning the  words of 
the Mighty One of Israel.  Being filled with the Holy Ghost,  allowed 
Zachariah to "interpret" the truth correctly.  These things  were not 
understood until that time, at least the time for which they  would be 
applied.
There are many more examples, too numerous to write.  However, these  should 
be sufficient for the purpose of showing you that receiving the  Holy Ghost, 
was accomplished many times before Pentecost, but never  with the evidence of 
unintelligible tongues.
Michael, I want you to know that my love for the Holy Spirit of 
YaHshua, is undying.  It is above and beyond any words that I have to  
describe.  I would never speak a word against the One that I love more  in 
life than life itself.  I have no fear of blaspheming His Glorious  Majesty.  
He is the reason that I live.  I hope you understand.  
I know how you must "shirk" at what I have been stating.  I know how  one can 
become afraid to think that they may be turning from the true  spirit by 
hearing or even considering these words.  But remember, Satan     
  
doesn't want you to know the truth.  YaHshua does not give you the  spirit of 
fear.  And, no man can pluck you out of his hands.  
Therefore, don't be afraid to investigate these things.  YaHshua will  not be 
angry with a man for wanting "TRUTH" above all.  He will show  you what is 
right, but don't be afraid to be honest with Him.
