In compliance with Fidonet Echo Policy rules, the following rules will be
posted no less than once per month.  In compliance with the wishes of the
users of this echo, the following rules will be posted monthly.

This is the International Fidonet Echomail Conference PYRO, paid for by
those systems which help distribute it; so let's try to help keep costs
down. It's topic: THE ART AND SCIENCE OF PYROTECHNICS and associated
topics.  This is NOT a mad bombers conference.
Examples of on topic subjects:
        Pyrotechnic Fireworks usage and manufacturer
|       Display's and involved technology
        Stage Special effects and like devices
        Communication on the Art, Science and Technique is encouraged
Off-topic and nonsense messages are discouraged and all messages should
be in good taste.  BBS ads are expressly forbidden.
Examples of off topic subjects:
        High Explosives not used in pyrotechnic fireworks
        Anarchists Cookbook and like material
        Potato Cannons
|       Thermite
Please use Fidonet Matrix (net)mail for thank you notes.  Local,
personal, private, flames, or test messages are not permitted.  Use
either a local conference which permits such material or use Fidonet
Matrixmail where only you pay for it.
This conference MAY NOT be ported to the BIX echomail system, CompuServe
or to any other network's mail system without the expressed written
permission of the Moderator.
Messages entered into this echo are considered public domain.  If the
contents of a message are private or restricted in any way, the message
should be distributed by other means.
This policy and rules of this echo are subject to, and are intended to
be, commensurate with FidoNet Echomail Policy as adopted May 1, 1991.
English is the official ECHO language.
Rules:
        1) Be Friendly
        2) Be Helpful
        3) No encrypted/encoded/rotated messages
|       4) Alias's and nicknames are not allowed.  Only ones 
           full legal name is allowed.
        5) Foul language is not permitted
Be Friendly: If you were to receive the message you just entered and it'd
tick you off, it doesn't qualify.  In other words: Flaming, Mud-slinging,
Name calling, and other harassment types of messages are not welcome in
this conference.  All messages should be friendly and keep to the topic
of the echo.
Be Helpful: If someone asks a question and you can help them, PLEASE do
so.  But try to avoid blind guesses.
